Refund and Cancellation
We’ve set up a hassle-free and protected payment gateway. Customers may pay for our services by using this payment gateway.
The majority of the services we provide are classified as services. Because of this, we don’t accept refunds for any of our services. However, we accept the students’ cancellation appeals even though we do not guarantee refunds. However, the student must attend the class for which he or she has registered.
Please carefully review our Refunds and Cancellations Policy if you intend to claim a cancellation or a refund. Prior to actually registering with any of our services, please take the time to read this page in its entirety.
- If you need to cancel after you’ve registered and paid, there are no returns available. We do, however, provide refunds in exceptional circumstances, such as factual inaccuracies, multiple payments, incorrect denominations, and other incorrect payment deductions, if the payee suffers a disproportionate loss.
- We hold the right to reject refund requests for any reason we see fit.
- Refunds can only be applied to the original payment method’s account or credit card.
- Refunds in the form of checks or cash are not accepted. Refunds are only available online.
- Any additional costs paid by the customers, such as service charges, processing costs, or bank processing fees, cannot be reimbursed.
- Multiple return claims for the same order are not accepted by us. Customers that request multiple refunds will then have restricted access to our website.
- On returns, we don’t charge any interest.
- If the client does not get our communication as a result of incomplete or incorrect contact information, we will not be held responsible.
- Refund requests for subscriptions made during sales or other promotional events are not accepted.
- To request a refund, customers must present legitimate identification, including a legitimate invoice.
- Despite our best efforts to ensure the security of our payment method, we cannot guarantee or imply that using our services will not result in online data theft or unauthorised data use. Our online payment portal utilises the services of a third-party payment provider.
- Due to any delay, distortion, or loss of transfer of information during payment, neither we nor the company that provides our payment service provider will be held responsible for any harm—financial or otherwise—that a client may experience.
- Chargebacks can only be given to the client if, after accepting compensation, we are unable to deliver our services for any reason.
We retain the right to sometimes, without advance notification, amend the details of our refund and cancellation policies. Prior to signing up for any of our services, be sure to stay current.
